At Orvis, defining and celebrating #TheArtoftheMiniAdventure is important to us now more than ever. As we begin to see light at the end of the tunnel and brighter spring days bursting with nature, we decided to revisit the Mini Adventure, speaking to some friends of Orvis about the adventures they have had so far this year and what they are most looking forward to now that we can travel a little further away from home.
Great pleasure can be had just sitting by the river and just watching. It is hugely therapeutic just to relax, sit quietly and observe in detail what is going on around you. The very best anglers are those who have the ability to really see.
At Orvis, we live and breathe the outdoors, an appetite for adventure runs in our veins. That’s why for every pound you spend Orvis, we donate 5% of our pre-tax profits to protecting nature and our natural environment, as well as supporting the communities in which we operate, and where our associates live.
In celebration of the Great Outdoors Month, we asked our associates to share their favourite places to visit to seek comfort, relaxation and adventure in the great outdoors. Here’s what they had to say.
